For me, it's a sunroof. My Grand Am had one and I had it open more often than not. The sun and extra light in the interior made it a favorite feature of mine. I'd love to have a convertible, but they are just too impractical for me. A sunroof is a happy medium, I guess.
I've seen a Mazda3 identical to mine save for color and it had an aftermarket sunroof...and it looked awful. Won't be considering that option, ever. Back in the '90s, my mom had a Corsica LT and had an aftermarket sunroof installed. It leaked like a sieve every time it rained and eventually, my stepdad siliconed it shut.
Have a classic Mazda RX2 for your time.

Any of these three things:
1. A Bluetooth stereo
2. More than fifty-nine horsepower
3. Air con*
...
*Honestly, I don't really care about the air con, but I'm sure it could come in handy.

Mine is rollup windows. Love 'em. Unfortunately I already had to take the door handle out of my Miata so I could work the clutch. Window cranks would not help, therefore power windows.

Sunroof is a big one for me as well. The Kia Soul is begging for a big panoramic one, but if you want it you have to forego the Manual...
Truth be told there are a lot of options you have to forego with the manual. To me, the biggest one is cruise control. It's there if you get the near identical automatic, but not for the manual. I'm considering seeing If I can get the dealer to install something for me.

I know on older throttle-by-wire cars, cruise wasn't too bad to install aftermarket. But, I'm not sure about newer vehicles that are drive-by-wire.
I found a nifty picture of my Grand Am before I sold it. Ignore the tacky decals. I was in high school.

SPORT PACKAGE. For my E90 BMW that would mean better suspension, better wheels, seats, and steering wheel. The steering wheel and seats are totally worth it.

Does no rust count as a feature? Because I'd love to have that on my car.
Bearing in mind I drive a four-pot E30, what I'd really like isn't really a feature - I'd love one of the six-bangers. Or an M3, but that's a whole different car, not just a different engine.

I hate sunroofs. Yes I have one, no not by choice. Stupid leaky things.
The thing I desire is heated seats. OH how i miss heated seats.

1. Intermittent wipers - Luckily I live in LA so it doesn't rain much. My Abarth has the worst windshield wiper speeds that I have ever encountered.
2. Auto up windows - I'll keep dreaming on that, the Aerocabin does have them though.
3. Heated seats - not an option for my model year.

From what I've seen, OEM sunroofs usually (key word here) don't leak until the car has quite a few years of age on it. Or extenuating circumstances like drain tubes clogged up with leaves and other junk.

Not sucking.

they ALL leak, given time. ALL of them. mine is a very well cared for example but at 17 years...yup in the car wash it leaks. we used to have a b5 passat with sunroof issue too. Plus its just top weight.

Two things: A manual and a supercharger.
My car has a sun roof, but damnit I rarely use it. If the sun is lower in the sky and you're facing the right direction all that happens is you get blinded.

The sun roof on my Acura has never once had any leaks, and it's 14 years old now. My friend's '03 Bonneville had a leaky sunroof.

Keyless entry/illuminated entry it was really the only option that was not included on my Cobra, a very odd person must have ordered it. Leather seats, Mach460 with CD player but not the $245 option for illuminated entry/keyless entry? It is weird to me that illuminated entry is even an option.

Subaru (05 LGT):
- Auto up windows (WHY do so many car makers still not do this?!)
- Right mirror down for reverse (can live without, but it'd be nice to have. Everyone please copy Audi)
- latches for cargo nets (why do they sell the nets, but no built-in latches for the hooks? I don't want to have to drill my interior!)
E30 (all just due to it being an old car):
- working windshield fluid jets
- odometer that can decide for once if its broken or not
- antenna that goes all the way down

i wish I spent the extra money and got an EX Civic just for the sunroof! Honestly I want one so badly.
That or my LX to be a manual

I work as a valet parking attendant. Oh god do I HATE those mirrors that go down when the car is in reverse. I cannot seem to figure the purpose of that feature other than to make it so I cant see anything anymore lol. Id imagine the problem is the seat adjustment since everyone is always shorter than me, but it always bothers me haha.

just do a 5 speed swap. Lol only problem is its cheaper to just buy another civic with a 5 speed already in it. Im in the same exact boat, only with the VP

Well a lot of sucking would mean a lot of air which could equal lots of horsepower! The glass is 1/100th full!!

Yeah, that's a pretty key reason why I - with my fourteen year-old car that had 59 raging French horsepowers when it was new - put it below the stereo and the horsepower.
Still, I like it enough that I plan to buy another, with more horsepower and slightly better suspension, as my next car. I'll have to shove some aftermarket Bluetooth in there, I suppose.

haha I can see how it can be a PITA if it's something you DON'T want - but I'm assuming there's a way to turn the feature off? Again, probably not something you want to have to deal with while on the job!

Lord knows I hate SUVs with a passion. The one redeeming feature that I've found on X5s and XC90s though is the half tailgate. Every vehicle with a hatch should have one. Having a clean place to sit that won't get bumper dirt on your pants...priceless!

EVIC System. I have the moon roof, NAG1, RWD, 5.7 HEMI with MDS, but I don't have the gauge cluster or steering wheel controls to check the computer.
